Smudging Bundles

*Each bundle contains One 4”- 5” White Sage stick, One 4”-5” Palo Santo stick and One 5” Selenite Log*

Smudging is a ritual practiced by the Indigenous people of the Americas used to cleanse, purify and balance an environment or an individual. White Sage is considered a sacred herb and is used very often in the act of smudging. Palo Santo, also known as Holy Wood is traditionally burned by Incas, indigenous people of the Andes, Shamans and medicine people for spiritual purifying, energy cleansing and healing. Selenite is one of the only crystals that has the ability to quickly unblock stagnant energy and remove negative energy. Place one on your windowsill to protect your space and raise its vibration.

To Smudge: Light one end of the Sage and Palo Santo. Place in abalone shell or other heat resistant plate. Fan the smoke over yourself with intention. Then walk the perimeter of any space, making sure to fan the smoke in every corner. After you are finished, press the sticks into the bottom of the receptacle to extinguish. Open your doors and windows to allow the smoke to carry the negative energy outside and away.
