We make our products by hand in small batches with a lot of love and we want you to love them too! Due to our products hand made nature we do not offer refunds.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss options for potential store credit or exchange of the unused portion within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping fees ($10 flat rate shipping) and/or applicable customs duties and taxes.
Products that were purchased from one of our stockists are subject to that stockists return policies. Please contact them directly or visit their website to view their unique policy.
Damages and Repairs:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Broken jewelry repair cost will vary on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss your options! Adjustments to size due to ordering the wrong size will be made for a small fee.
You will also be responsible for either dropping off or shipping your items to us, and we will cover the return shipping to you.
