Where do you ship from?
Majority of our orders ship from Whitby, Ontario or from Mississauga, Ontario.
What carriers do you use?
Within Canada, we use UPS, FedEx and occasionally Canada Post. Orders to the United States use USPS. Internationally shipping is also available via FedEx.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are excited to offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada on all orders of $75 or more (before tax) or United States on all orders of $100 or more (before tax).
What about international shipping?
Yes we offer international shipping.
What about customs and duties?
Please note that any customs, duties, taxes, and other import fees, that your parcel incurs during shipment, is the customer/receiver's responsibility to pay. These fees are determined by your country's government. 808 Co cannot be responsible for these charges.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days. Please note any custom crystal jewellery orders may take up to 7 days to process, due to curing time on our hypoallergenic coating.
If your order is shipped and undeliverable due to incorrect mailing address or an attempted delivery memo you will have to pay additional shipping costs for reshipping.

If a coupon code is applied to your order wait times can be longer.
Orders shipped to GTA addresses are usually received within 5 business days.
Orders shipping across Canada or to the US can take up to 7 business days.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link for tracking. Please allow up to 72 hours to start tracking your package. If tracking information is not received please contact us for an update at email@example.com.
